While I’m serious about my work and the causes I care about, I really enjoy letting loose and having a good time. I have a bit of a reputation as a jokester, and I also love singing karaoke and spooky horror films.

I’m very driven to help make the world a little better for women and veteran’s, especially when it comes to health and wellbeing. In addition to volunteering in my community, I dedicate time at work to supporting veterans and equity.

As a kid, we moved to eleven different military bases around the world. I always faced it head-on and enjoyed a lot about it, but there were also times that I felt out of place or left behind.

From playing Division I basketball in college and overseas to climbing a 14,000-foot mountain, I’ve always been drawn to (and shaped by) the mental and physical challenge that goes along with sports.

I love laughing and having a good time. When I spend time with family and friends, it’s always lively and fun, and I’ve been known to pull a prank or two.

In the same way I’m drawn to climbing mountains, I like the feeling of setting lofty goals for myself and putting in the time and discipline to achieve them. There are big rewards that come with challenging yourself and believing you’re capable of great things.

Whether supporting others, showing up for my family, taking care of my dogs, throwing clay bowls, or focusing on my own personal growth, I commit fully to the things I care about.

When I was in the Air Force Academy, I learned a lot about how important loyalty is for teams. It’s about understanding that there are things bigger than ourselves, and staying true to what (and who) you believe in.
